Cougar Fun Run

Carter's school had their one and only (yippee!) fundraiser for the year the other day called the Cougar Fun Run. Each grade has 20 minutes to run as many laps as they can around the track and prior to running they were supposed to collect money based on how many laps they run. The paperwork that came home said that Kindergarteners typically run 4-6 laps around the 1/5 mile track.

Jamey went to watch the action and cute Carter ran 8! Jamey said he was precious and would stop for a minute and he'd think he was done and then he'd take a big stride and start running again! He was quite proud of himself and so were we! Way to go buddy!
