Pleas Come Tooth Fary

Carter finally lost his first tooth on Tuesday!  He was one of the last kids his age that he knows to have all of his baby teeth and he was very aware of it!  In Kindergarten they had a tooth chart where they celebrated each child as they lost their teeth but obviously Carter didn't get the chance to do that. 


He's had a wiggly bottom tooth for a while and has the permanent tooth growing in behind it already - we've joked with him that he looks like a shark with his teeth in rows.  We would wiggle it every now and then and he was eating all of the apples and carrots he could to loosen it up.  It finally wiggled free while he was brushing his teeth and we now have one excited almost 7 year old!  He made a note for the tooth fairy and taped it to his bed because he was scared she wouldn't know where to go and he put his tooth inside his tooth fairy pillow.  He was so happy to wake up to find a note from the tooth fairy and two dollars for his piggy bank!
