Sugar Mountain

After Christmas I worked a few shifts and then we were off for our annual trip to the mountains to visit Brian and Sarah and celebrate Christmas round II with them. Last year my mom had surgery so they weren't able to make it but this year we were fortunately all able to come and had an absolute blast. We sledded on the little bit of snow left, hiked, saw the animals at Grandfather, shopped, ate awesome food, and rang in 2012 with some of our favorite people in the world! The boys were all three so good the whole time and I think we just really had a great time and enjoyed each other's company. We were so sad to leave but happy to be home and get settled back in and into our normal routine. Thanks so much for being such wonderful hosts and we look forward to next year already! Love you guys so much!

Cooper and Willie getting reacquainted:).
Sarah and sleepy Hudson before bed.
Cooper with Willie the sled attack dog in pursuit!
My sweet poser.
Carter the rock-climbing machine at Grandfather.

Cooper getting a boost from Brian to check out the deer.
Off to the car to head to the swinging bridge! Sarah how many Florida tags did we spot?!
Brian and Sarah with the boys at the bridge.
Hudson's first trip across the swinging bridge in 2011.

I love this crazy child! He was very cute and apprehensive about climbing on all the rocks but once we told him to just pretend he was Spider-man he was an expert climber.

Family photo minus Carter who is just below us! I forgot to tell Brian you have to aim a little low on my camera:).

Yes! It's time for presents!
I sure love giving kisses to my new otter! Thanks so much Brian and Sarah!
Too pooped to party! Coop fell asleep on the bed watching a movie one night.
Pop and two of his boys.

Hudson sure gives good kisses!

Checking out some old school pictures of Sarah from a Grandfather book.
Pile up on Mommy!
Too cute of Hudson not to include!
Best idea ever...tabletop ping pong. We had so much fun and Dad was the definite champ but Sarah spanked us all pretty easily too.

We were so lucky to have a happy baby the whole trip, with the exception of car rides!
Hudson's face when he knows you're taking his picture. He loves George and thinks he is his personal horse!
Brian wasn't really feeling the "reinbeers" I gave him but I thought were cute!

Sweet bedtime Carter reading Hudson's new book to Brian.

Sarah decided to enlighten my parents on some terminology they had never heard before, hence the faces!
Ready to ring in 2012 in style, moldy jackets and all:)!
